Hard not to keep mulling in your head

Sometimes it's extra frustrating to keep things mulling in your head and not be able to act on it

It’s common for me to have ideas and solutions in my mind but struggling with finding the time to implement them. One way to address this challenge is to break down the task into smaller, more manageable steps. Even when I do that, and even plan, scope and organize them (something I can do on the go), the planned time always seems to slip away.

Another frustrating thing: when I actually do have some time I am too tired to focus. It's driving me mad at times.

One of my current experiments from the last 2 months is to allocating 60 minutes a day towards building new habits. Currently it's spend on 10 fingers typing and learning basic Italian. It is a great way to make progress towards my (smaller) goals without feeling overwhelmed. Over time, as these habits become more ingrained, and I hope to find that I have more time and energy to dedicate towards them. Once they are a part of my day, I hope to keep using that time for other things.
